With an impressive website and informative blog, we were excited to delve deeper into the formula of these menopause pills which is advertised as a hormone replacement for perimenopause, menopause, PMS, hot flashes and night sweats. What’s more, it even claims to aid with palpitations, memory loss, vaginal dryness, loss of libido and even headaches and muscle pain.
The first thing we noticed was that they only offered a supplement for day time use which is a great start but from our experience, doesn’t really help address night time sweats and insomnia. That said, the day time formula includes the quality active ingredients that we are looking for in a top quality supplement. These include Black Cohosh, Soy, Red Clover, Yam and Chasteberry. However, it was lacking Zinc, which was surprising and we felt somewhat a shame as it doesn’t really take a lot to add the RDA of Zinc and it can make all the difference.
The next thing we noted was that the product is not vegan as it contains bovine gelatin. This definitely rules out several social groups who adhere to strict dietary guidelines. Nowadays, when it is so easy to formulate supplements for vegans, we wonder why many don’t?
This product is not the cheapest but is still relatively cheap. If you are looking for long-term relief, this may not be a great option as they don’t offer any sort of discounts for multiple purchases. Larger, more established companies usually will offer bulk discounts to try and garner loyalty in their client base.
Where they did impress us was with their 90-day money back guarantee if you are not happy with the results. As with our #1 choice, this shows us that these guys have confidence in the results you will experience. That said, from the information that we found on their website, it is not exactly clear how you can claim this back.
Is Eve’s Harmony Effective?
One of the best ways to ascertain how well a product works is to read reviews from people who have used it to see what kind of results they experienced. We weren’t actually able to find that many reviews that enabled us to gauge effectively if this is a good product or not.
We found none on their website and we even searched Amazon alas, there weren’t any. We can only ascertain and apply guesswork. Given the ingredients and dosage, we believe that this could be a good product that helps but without the reviews, we are left slightly in the dark about this.

In terms of safety, it would appear that the ingredients contained within it are safe.

However, upon closer inspection, we found many concerning items that make us hesitant to fully recommend this product.
We were left disappointed with the fact they they did not include ingredients that catered to address night time symptoms such as night sweats and insomnia. Moreover, most of the daily doses fell way short of what we would expect in a quality supplement and we were left wondering if this was really helpful or not.
While we are pleased to see that they offer a money-back guarantee, we were concerned that it wasn’t clear how to activate that and claim your money back. They didn’t offer any package deals which is a great way of saving money for long term benefits.
If we could turn to a selection of reviews to better understand how this product works, we would have felt better about Eve’s Harmony. However, we were not able to find any, even on their own website which we found odd. If they worked on adding another supplement to help address nighttime symptoms and putting some reviews out there we could have perhaps considered raising the points of this product. As it is, we have no other option than to leave it in third place until they make some changes.
